Georgie Stevenson stopped snacking and tells us how in this video.

But first the video starts with how she plans her workouts. She likes to do five exercises every day and prefer these exercises to be full body. That way she feels like she gets everything going. She does the repetition of each exercise in 45 seconds with a 15 second rest interval after each one. So basically go through each of the 5 exercises and then have a one minute rest at the end of each set. She then repeats this routine another 4 times so that she ends up doing it 5 times in total.

After her morning workout she makes herself a healthy protein smoothie that includes Almond Milk and Phyto Fire Protein. She also adds some Cocoa at then end which I assume adds some flavor to the whole smoothie. She pairs the smoothie with Avocado and Salmon on toast. It looks really tasty!
