Wow. She starts out her day with a Pilates workout. I must say I have never done Pilates before, but it looks hectic! Once again she only has breakfast after her workout. In other words she had her workout fasted with exception to the cap of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in a glass of water.
Her breakfast this time around is at a restaurant where she gets a Rainbow Salad. This salad consists of Pumpkin, Beetroot Hummus, Asparagus, Eggs, Avo and Kale. She also had a Paleo Bar at 11:30.
