Overnight Oats, Training and Diet!

This is actually the first time I have heard about overnight oats and I was interested to hear what Georgie had to say about it.
Rather than buying read-to-eat cereal which is not very healthy you should consider oatmeal. It is a much better food to help you lose weight. It has been shown that people who have oats for breakfast feel full for much longer which stops you from snacking!
Be careful though because not any type of oats will do. The instant oats ones usually have sugar and artificial flavor added. Slow-cooking oats on the stove is also time-consuming and adds unnecessary stress to your busy life.
Here is where the concept of Overnight Oats comes in. You fill a container with grains, toppings, add-ins and milk or water. Put it in the fridge and then while you sleep the flavors fuse together. When you wake up the tasty oats breakfast is ready and waiting to be chowed down!
