Yeah, losing weight sometimes sucks and usually because of the yucky, bland and boring food we have to eat. But that doesn’t have to be the case. Bobby is here to show is that there are weight loss recipes that don’t suck! The fact that these recipes are less than 400 calories is just the cherry on the cake. Figuratively speaking of course. Please don’t go eat a cake! 🙂
Today’s recipe is low carb and low fat but still stacked with flavor. And the recipe of the day is…..****drumroll****…..Chicken Schwarma Meal Prep! It is made from ground Chicken breast meat and loaded with spices, herbs, raisons and even pistachios. Once cooked you slice it into thin pieces and topped with a Greek yogurt sauce. It is served with a lovely Quinoa, Kale and Parsley salad.
The ground chicken breasts that is being used is not only incredibly low on fat and calories but also lean in flavor. So you need to give the bowl some serious loving to spice things up! To do just that we start off with some lemon zesting to really put some punch in the meat! The zest of one lemon is followed by grating garlic. If the lemon zest didn’t do the trick, the garlic sure will.
