To make 6 servings:

24 oz cooked salmon
100-150g raw peeled carrots (1 medium carrot)
100-150g english cucumber (1 medium cucumber)
3 small avocados or 50 g avocado per serving

For the Yum Yum Sauce:

9 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid aminos

For the wasabi:
about 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
2 tablespoons liquid aminos
Add as much of this to your bowl for extra flavor. Be careful to not add too much, as liquid aminos can be quite salty. Enjoy!

This is best eaten straight out of the fridge, but may also be heated if desired.
