Stovetop Granola Recipe (No Oven) – Healthy Oats Chia Seed Granola – Oats Recipes For Weight Loss

old fashioned rolled oats: 2 cups
1 cup roasted peanuts (to be crushed)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup grated coconut (fresh)
3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp whole flaxseeds
3 tbsp cacao nibs
1/4 tsp pink salt or as needed
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/3 cup liquid jaggery
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
4 tbsp coconut sugar
I use a deep cast iron pan for roasting as it retains more heat however, you can also bake it in the oven for 35-40 mins or until the granola turns light golden in brown.
