gluten free roti falafel sandwich recipe with sorghum chapati flatbread/roti, healthy indian lunch recipes for weight loss, gluten free falafel recipe
1/4 or 1/3 of a raw mango
a small piece of ginger
2 garlic cloves
3 green chilies
2 handful of coriander leaves
1 1/2 handful of mint leaves
Pink salt as needed
1 tso roasted jeera powder/cumin powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
To make one roti sandwich:
2 pan roasted falafels
green chutney as needed
oil free vegan mayo as needed
onion and tomato slices
1 sorghum (jowar) masala roti or you can use plain roti or oats roti or any millet roti
the green chutney can be kept in the fridge for a couple of days
instead of raw mango you can use amchur powder
