1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
5 cloves of garlic
Pink Himalayan salt as needed
1 handful of sliced mushrooms
4 broccoli florets
1 stick celery
handful of green peas
splash of dark soy sauce
splash of green chilli sauce
1 – 1 1/2 cups cooked rice (weight watchers can use cooked brown rice, the recipe is already uploaded, do check the end card for the link)
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coconut vinegar (check end card for the recipe link), other options are rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar.
Note: Instead of virgin coconut oil (which has a very neutral flavour) you can use any unrefined oils like olive oil.
