Low Carb Protein Brownies!!!
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Serve of Protein powder (I used https://botanikablends.com.au/collections/plant-protein Use ‘GEORGIE15’ for 15% off)
1/2 Cup Nut Butter (I used peanut)
1/4 Cup Cocoa (I used https://www.proteinsuppliesaustralia.com.au/collections/pantry/products/organic-cacao?variant=34278523857 Use ‘GEORGIE15’ for 15% of storewide)
4 Tbsp Unrefined sweetener (maple syrup, rice malt syrup, coconut sugar etc)
1/4 Cup Dairy Free Drak Chocolate Chips (for topping)
1. Roast pumpkin for 40 mins to make pumpkin puree, once cooled, deskin pumpkin and mash.
2. Add all ingredients (except choc chips) in food processor.
3. Mix well until all ingredients combined.
4. Melt choc chips and pour on top.
