2 green chilies
1/4 of capsicum
1 tomato sliced
1 cup cooked channa (chickpeas)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder (cumin powder)
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
8-10 black peppercorns
Pink Himalayan salt as needed
3 tbsp thick homeset curd or greek yogurt
With this filling you can make 3 sandwiches.
one sandwich is the recommended serving.
