Epic Slow Cooker Pizza!

Slow Cooker Pizza that is low carb but packed with flavour is the recipe for this video by The Protein Chef.

This awesome dish takes only 5 minutes to prep and of the 200 Calories it consists of, only 5 Grams are carbohydrates. Obviously cooking time takes a lot longer as it is being done in a slow cooker. Everything gets added directly in layers directly into the pot. That is 2.5 pounds of deboned and skinless Chicken Breasts chopped into cubes. Follow that with 20 ounces of the lowest sodium pizza sauce you can find. A teaspoon of garlic powder. Yip, can’t do pizza without some garlic in it!

But it doesn’t stop there. Next is one teaspoon of Oregano. Next up is any chopped up vegetables you want. The Chef uses some lovely Green Bell Peppers and Onion in this case. He also adds in some chopped up mushrooms as well as Mini Turkey Pepperoni Slices. Put the put on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
