Losing Fat – Keeping muscle (What I eat in a day) ll HIIT workout + low carb hashbrowns

Watch this video for a workout that’s focused on keeping muscle while losing fat.

Today we once again have a day in the life of Georgie Stevenson where she talks about losing fat while still keeping muscle.

She starts off the video with an exercise routine that will make sure you are keeping muscle while losing fat. Make sure you warm up before starting your routine. The workout is 30 minutes in total, consisting of 10 exercises done twice for 1 minute each with 30 second rest intervals in between. Some of the exercises are relatively easy to do, but there are some more advanced ones, so make sure you don’t overdo it.

After the workout Georgie does a quick demonstration of making protein pancakes. These are perfect for after the workout and wow, they do look yummy!

The recipe for the day is cauliflower hashbrowns, which is a low-carb option. This is a very simple recipe to make.

I have been through this process of trying to lose weight many times. I always start out focused and determined but it usually only lasts for a few weeks.

What I really liked about this video is how it shows that you can lose fat while still keeping muscle and you don’t have to starve yourself. You can even still have some of those yummy foods that you crave.

I also think the high protein pancakes deserves another mention here! I really didn’t think you could make something so tasty and good looking without compromising on your health plan.
