HUGE Cereal Haul – What Cereals To Buy & Avoid At the Grocery Store!

Guess who’s back…back again! You asked for it more than an other grocery item, so here is my complete review of breakfast cereals. I did lots of research and went to many grocery stores for this haul video, because I wanted to give you guy a full list of which cereals to buy, and which to avoid. The bad news is that most cereals in the grocery stores, including the ones in your pantry, are garbage! High sugar, too much corn and rice, and not enough protein and fiber. That’s a recipe for diabetes and for feeling hungry 1 hour later. You need to do some digging, bu there are many brands of healthy cereals out there that are loaded with whole grains, protein, and fiber, and have low to no sugar.
