Tasty Chicken Pumpkin Pasta in One Pot!

Chicken Pumpkin Pasta that is cooked in one pot is the meal prep today by Fit Couple Cooks.

Today’s is a classic recipe and is made with only 5 main ingredients. The chicken meat used is chicken breasts without the skin and bones. Cut the breasts up into rough cubes by cutting strips first and then cutting the strips into cubes. The chicken pieces are cooked in a large pan by first of all adding olive oil. Once the olive oil is added you add finely chopped onions into the pan and saute it. Now that the onions are lightly cooked add the chicken to put and cook it.

At this point you add salt and pepper to season the meat. Mix up everything and then spread the chicken around the pan to cook for about 5 minutes. Add some fresh chopped parsley to the mix and give it a final stir.
