Low Carb Chicken Piccata Meal Prep!

True to form the video starts with a great tip right away. It’s about the best way to cook the chicken to make sure you don’t burn it. Basically, to get the best results, slice the breast in half lengthwise. Don’t cook the whole chicken breast and make sure you use a sharp knife when cutting the chicken piece. Oh, and when you start cooking the chicken in the pan start with the cut size down.
As this dish is a low carb but high protein dish, a whole chicken breast is used for each portion. If it is too much protein for you, only use half a breast or less per portion.
