A Nachos Meal Prep is what we are looking at today in this video by Fit Couple Cooks.

Today’s dish is super tasty and great for parties. If you want to you can also easily turn it into a meal prep! This dish is cooked in the oven so remember to preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 Degrees Fahrenheit. While that’s heating up you can start with the rest of the meal prep.

So being from Australia the meat being used in this recipe by the Cooks is Kangaroo. You can however use any meat you like. This will work well with a nice lean meat like chicken and even ground beef. You will be cooking your meat in a big pan first so put it on heat and add in 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil. A nice tip when cooking a large amount of meat in a pan is to do it in batches.
