How Cook and Meal Prep Chicken Alfredo.

Chicken Alfredo Meal Prep using a Vegan Option is yummy and the topic of today’s awesome video by Fit Couple Cooks.

Alfredo sauce is normally quite heavy so they made this a healthy version and it tastes just like the original. You will never guess what ingredient is in it and how they use it to make it taste great! Watch the video to find out what goes into the sauce and makes it taste so good!

No dairy is being used in this recipe and was found on a Vegan blog. The took the basic recipe they found on the blog, changing it up a bit and made it their own. Spinach is the vegetable of choice and they incorporate garlic into the cooking of it.

The sauce is made using Almond milk rather than the normal dairy milk as you would find in the original recipe. The secret ingredient is added to the pot, brought to boil and then added to a food processor. Once the mixture is in the food processor lemon juice and Nutritional Yeast is added. Nutritional Yeast is product that I wasn’t aware of but according to the cooks it is easy to find in most health food stores.
