How to make Pad Thai in one pot!

Pad Thai that is healthy and tasty is the recipe by Fit Couple Cooks today.

This specific recipe is done by using Shrimp but can just as easily be done using chicken and even tofu. To start off you need to clean and prepare your shrimp. If you can buy the raw peeled shrimp that would make it easier else you will have to do it yourself. If you have whole shrimp you need to peel them, remove the head and legs and give it a good wash. A nice tip to handle the shell and other fishy bits is to put it all in a bio degradable bag and freeze it until it is time to throw it away. This will make sure you don’t have to deal with the nasty smell!

The recipe itself cooks so quickly so you have to prepare all the other ingredients first.
