Easy Banana Bread Meal Prep.
Banana Bread made the healthy way is on the menu today in this video by Fit Couple Cooks.
They will be making the recipe in two ways. In a muffin pan as well as a normal loaf pan. This video happens to be followed by another video that I have already posted where they use this recipe to make a Vegan Birthday Cake. So go have a look there once you are finished with this video.
This recipe uses melted coconut oil so make sure that it is a clear liquid rather than the normal white substance. If it is not a clear liquid just put it in a frying pan for a few seconds to melt it. For the basic dish you will use three large bananas which you will then peel and mash. You can do the mashing by just using a normal fork and doesn’t have to be an expert job. Oh, and don’t forget the baking powder, otherwise the bread will not rise properly!
You will use Arrowroot Powder and Almond Meal rather than normal Cake Wheat Flower. Watch the video now to see how everything comes together.
