So the recipe for today is Chicken Camembert with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Basil. It comes with an Asparagus side that is absolutely rocking! The best way to go about cooking this meal is by preparing all the ingredients first. This is because everything cooks up really fast for this recipe.

You will be slicing one piece of cheese for each chicken breast. Camembert Cheese is a soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow’s milk cheese that was first made in the late 18th century at Camembert, Normandy, in northern France.
