1/4 cup urad dal
1 tbsp methi seeds (really good for those with diabetes, pcos etc)
1/4 cup cooked rice
1 cup jowar atta (jowar flour, sorghum flour)
Pink Himalayan salt as needed
1 1/4 cup water
Grind all, and keep the batter to ferment overnight or 8-10 hours. The batter will keep good in the fridge for 2-3 days.
