How To Make Chocolate Mug Cake Without Oven – Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe – PG Hostel Cooking

eggless chocolate mug cake recipe without oven, microwave, pressure cooker. This single serving chocolate mug cake is made in a steamer and is super easy to make and healthy too. Single serving cakes are a life saver when you crave for a piece of cake and this cake can be made in just 15 mins.
NOTE: I have not tried this cake with oats or ragi flour.
Chocolate cake (single serving)
3 tbsp khapli wheat flour or ordinary wheat flour
2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp pink himalayan salt
4 tbsp milk of your choice
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
15 gm dark chocolate

healthy chocolate syrup:
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
a splash of vanilla essence
1 tbsp milk of your choice
Into a 200 ml measuring cup, add in the khapli wheat flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, vanilla, milk of your choice, virgin coconut oil. Mix well. Add more milk of your choice if needed to make the batter smooth and lump free. Mix with half of the chopped dark chocolate and top with the other half of the dark chocolate.
I used my steamer to make this cake, add some water and bring the steamer to a boil. Once the steamer is heated place the mug and cover and reduce the flame to the lowest and cook for 15 mins.
After 15 mins cake will be ready, cool and serve with chocolate sauce.
