So the Challenge is to get active for at least 15 minutes each day and then to enjoy a smoothie right after the workout. In this video they will show us some workout routines that we can do at home. And then the highlight for me which is the Pina Colada Smoothie!
Working out is so much more enjoyable when you have a friend to join you. Having a friend doing the same challenge as you will also help you to remain motivated.
So for this challenge the aim is to do a 15 minute high intensity burn. This will consist of 3 rounds of 5 exercises with each exercise lasting 50 seconds and a 10 second rest in between.
