1 slice of fish (I used seer fish)
1 to 1 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
pink himalayan salt as needed
1/4 tsp juice of dried garcinia kambogia (kudampuli) or 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
A fat pinch of turmeric and black pepper powder.
NOTE: I USE UNREFINED COCONUT OIL, WHICH I BUY FROM THE LOCAL MILL.
AVOID REFINED VEGETABLE OILS AND USE FILTERED OIL OF THE PLACE YOU LIVE IN LIKE GROUNDNUT OIL, MUSTARD OIL, GINGELLY OIL ETC.
