Tasty Weight Loss Recipes is not a myth but rather the topic off this video by Bobby from FlavCity.

Bobby decided to challenge himself by making a low fat version of pasta, meat balls and red sauce. I think this is a good time to stop the bus and make it known. I LOVE Meatballs! Absolutely love them, love to make them, love it even more to eat them. So this recipe really got me exited.

This meal as whole is super tasty and healthy and is only about 400 calories. Normally when Bobby makes Meatballs he uses 80/20 ground meat. To get clarity the 80 is the amount of protein and the 20 is the amount of fat. For this recipe though he uses 90/10 ground beef to make it really healthy.

Also, Bobby is still incorporating cheese into the meal prep. He is however staying away from the melting cheeses like Mozzarella. Those are much higher in fat and calories so it is better to avoid them. Try to go for an aged cheese like Parmesan because as it ages it looses a lot of the fat. Another benefit of the aging of the cheese is that also has a lot of flavor, so it is a win overall.

When it comes to the pasta, it doesn’t matter which pasta you use, it will have way too much calories. That is because they are all starch based pasta so they end up having the same amount of calories. The answer is Zucchini Noodles, also known as Zoodles!
