1 ripe banana
1 glass water
1 tsp organic honey
1 1/2 tsp flaxseeds
2 sticks of cinnamon
5 cashew nuts
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Use fresh ripe banana, the more riper the more sweetness
If honey is not available use 3 soft dates
Instead of cashew nut you can use soaked and peeled almonds, you need some healthy fats in the form of nuts to make this a complete meal, other options are peanut butter
Use good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
