Today we are getting real busy and looking a cooking seafood in bulk for meal prep. When you are looking at cooking in bulk for meal prep you want to get in and out of the kitchen as quickly as possible. Most people already have their own way of cooking fish so most of the video rather deals with questions about cooking seafood. And of course Kevin will share his favorite seafood recipes with us.

Before getting into the details there are 3 points to pay attention to. First of all always try to buy fresh fish if possible. Point 2 deals with storage. You cannot keep cooked fish or seafood for more than 3 days in your fridge. So any cooked meal you will not be eating within 3 days you should rather freeze. The last point deals with using wild fish rather than farmed fish. Nutritionally they are pretty much equivalent so there is not clear reason to pick one above the other. At the end of the day it comes down to personal preference.
