eggless whole wheat cookies without maida, refined sugar, and refined oil. Eggless chocolate chips cookie bars are vegan and made without eggs, milk, butter. Healthy snacks for kids and for the whole family.
1 cup whole wheat flour (I used Khapli Wheat flour)
Coconut palm sugar: 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Pink Salt: 1/4 tsp
Choc chips: 3/4 to 1 cup
1 tbsp flax meal + 2-3 tbsp water
1/2 cup virgin coconut oil
Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 mins or until the cookie bars are done at 180 degree C
I used flaxmeal as a substitute for eggs.
You can use organic butter instead of coconut oil (100 gms, melted butter)
