Banana Bread Mug Cake made easy!
Banana Bread Mug Cake is on the menu today from The Protein Chef.
This is a really simple recipe to make and is healthy as well. It being a mug cake, any normal sized coffee mug you have will work. Now for those of you who don’t know how a mug cake works, it is actually exactly as it states. You literally mix all of the ingredients directly into the mug and then cook it in a Microwave Oven.
As this is The Protein Chef, this specific mug cake is a high in protein but low in carbs. This specific recipe makes use of Coconut Flower instead of the normal Cake Wheat Flower. You also add your choice of Protein Powder into the mug. For the recipe you also would use a Brown Sugar alternative to get the sweetness without the badness. 🙂
