Easy to prepare Raw Vegan Berry Cheesecake!
Berry Cheesecake that is easy to make but still vegan is the desert featured in this video by Fit Men Cook.
Not only is this a no-fuss cheesecake but it is just as tasty as the dairy version. So don’t worry too much about the Vegan label as in this case it just indicates that this is a healthier option.
Even though this is an easy recipe this does not mean it is quick. Case in point is the raw cashews that you have to prepare by soaking in water for at least 4 hours. The crust also incorporates nuts however this time it is almonds. To the almonds you add dates and coconut oil as well as pinch of salt and cinnamon. Grind all of this up in a food processor and pour the mixture into a bowl for later.
Note that this is a completely no-bake recipe. Once you have put everything together you stick it in the freezer and allow to thaw a bit before dishing up.
