This recipe is inspired by the keto diet because The Protein Chef has been focusing on it lately. It forced him as a result to be creative with some of his favorite recipes. The dish for today is most noteworthy for only having about 2 grams of net carbs! The Chef claims that your kids will also love them. So lets get started.
First of all we are making our zero carb tortillas or wraps. The best way to do this is using only eggs with 1 large egg and 3 large egg whites. Put it all in a bowl and mix it well. Get a big non-stick pan and put it on medium heat. Put your egg mixture in a pan and cover up with a lid for a couple of minutes. Flip and repeat!
