1 tbsp desi ghee
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt or as needed
1/2 cup water (divided)
Unrefined oil to fry
A pinch of turmeric and hing are optional
