Crispy Brussels Sprouts Two Ways..In The Pan & Oven – Bobby’s Kitchen Basics

For today’s kitchen basics recipe I have the best way of cooking crispy brussels sprouts that you guys are going to love. The first technique for cooking brussels sprouts in a in a cast iron pan, just treat them like a steak and sear the sprouts on both sides until well browned and crispy. The flavor of the brussels sprouts is incredible, nutty charred, and creamy. The second technique for how to cook brussels sprouts is roasted in the oven. Pre-heat oven to 450 F and roast the sprouts with salt, pepper, and oil for 30 minutes until well browned on both sides.
