a sprig of fresh curry leaves
1 onion chopped
2 green chilies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
Pink Himalayan Salt as needed
2 garlic clovess
1/4 inch ginger
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
4-5 green onions chopped (ullipuvu)
You can have this tomato rice with raita, or any side dish of your choice. A perfect filling meal for lunch or dinner.
