Here’s my best ever way for how to cook fresh asparagus, which is in season now. Asparagus blistered in a hot pan with onion, garlic and pecans, then tossed in my creamy mayo dressing. This easy asparagus recipe delivers massive flavor because the outside of the spears get slightly charred, and the inside still have a bite to them. The creamy mayo insane sauce has massive flavors, and compliments the warm asparagus so nicely. I think this is the best way to make asparagus, way better than steaming or boiling them.
