Now here I want to add my two cents. Yes, drinking coffee is not bad for you, however the key here as with most things in life is moderation. Note that the benefits are for drinking one cup of coffee per day, not 5 cups. So if you are going to go overboard you would probably loose all the benefits that you were aiming for in the first place.
