Delicious Baked Glazed Salmon and Quinoa!

Baked Glazed Salmon accompanied by Quinoa is the meal prep on the cards today by Kevin from Fit Men Cook.

I love Salmon especially since it is so good for me. My choice of Salmon is on Sushi however so I tend not to cook this lovely fish. I have however in the past put a lovely filleted Salmon on the grill to great success! It is nice to see some other alternatives to cooking Salmon and any fish for that matter.

Fish does as a rule cook very quickly so be careful that you do not over cook it. The glaze that will be used on the Salmon is made with sweet Tamarind. It comes from the tamarind tree which produces pod-like fruit containing an edible pulp that is used in cuisines all over the world.

To go with the fish he is making a Citrus Quinoa salad packed with various nuts and berries as well as orange citrus. For those that didn’t know Quinoa is herbaceous annual plant grown as a grain crop mainly for its edible seeds.
