Baked APPLE PIE Protein Oatmeal Recipe

Baked Apple Pie Recipe with Protein Oatmeal.

Baked Apple Pie is what we are looking at today in this video from The Protein Chef.

Apple is the rage right now with products like Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Fritters and so forth, so The Protein Chef decided to do Apple Pie Oatmeal. It tastes just as good as an Apple Pie but is way healthier. It also only takes a few minutes to prep which is great!

So for this dish you will only need 2 chopped up Apples. The kind of Apple does not really matter so use whatever kind you prefer. You can also peel them if you want but it is not necessary. You will be using Brown Sugar Substitute do get some of the sweetness. He also ads a product I’m not familiar with called Xanthan Gum which seems to be some kind of powder.

So lets get right to it.
