Quick and easy Bagel Chips and Protein Dip!
Bagel Chips and Protein Dip that you can make in less than 10 minutes is the recipe by The Protein Chef today.
Once again The Protein Chef is using Dave’s Killer Bread to make quick Bagel Chips. He will be pairing the Bagel Chips with low-carb Protein Dip.
The Chips or Crisps are made by slicing the Bagels into the thinnest slices possible. Di this using a a good quality bread knife or a very sharp knife. You need to get at least 3 slices from every half. You make a specific oil based spread to cover each slice with. Watch the video to find out what goes into it. Put your slices on a baking sheet and spread the mix you made all over it. Make sure you cover both sides of each slice!
Once covered pop them in the oven at 350 Fahrenheit or 176 Celsius for 5 to 10 minutes. While they are baking you can get started on the quick dip. You will be using a can of drained tuna for this dip as well as cream cheese. Add salsa and a squirt of lemon juice to it and mix it all together.
