1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
1 cup melted ghee
1 cup milk
1 cup coconut (I lightly ground the fresh coconut)
3 cups organic sugar (organic sugar has slightly less sweetness hence I used 3 cups, however you can reduce and use 2 1/2 cups.
Serving size: 40 Barfis (if you are aiming at thinner barfi, you can get 50-55 pieces.
