Tips for Meal Prep, that everyone, yes even you, can do.
The Protein Chef gives us 6 tips for meal prep that is so easy that anybody can do it!
If you want to do a meal prep but you are not really sure where to start or what to do, then this video is for you. Some of the tips might seem obvious, but it’s not always the case.
Take the first tip: Find a recipe. Sounds straightforward right? What is important is that you know how many servings the recipe make. If you require more servings you need to double or triple up on each ingredient in the recipe. You do however need to keep in mind that cooking time will increase if you increase the recipe.
The second tip was also quite interesting. Basically The Protein Chef recommends that you invest in the biggest baking trays, pots, pans, etc. that you can find. Even if you are cooking a smaller meal you can still use the big cooking equipment. So if you need to double up on a recipe you can still cook it in one go.
