4 Side Salads to meal prep!
Side Salads that you can use in meal prep is what Kevin from Fit Men Cook is showing us today.
When you are doing meal prep you don’t have to get bogged down in whole complete meals to prep. So if you are tired of searching for casseroles or stir fry to cook, then maybe you should consider doing smaller meals with side dishes. Kevin went through this exact journey until he realized how he can combine meals with not so boring side dishes and keep things interesting again.
And so enters the side salad. No you can cook a whole bag full of chicken breasts and pair it up with different side salads. For this video Kevin is showing us 4 different salads that you can prepare. The first one on the menu is a light Squash Primavera. Second one is Horseradish Mash Salad with the third being Turkey and Brussels. Last but not least we have Greek-Inspo Farro Salad!
