It you want a perfectly fit body you need to both eat healthy and exercise regularly. For some people like me what makes it more difficult is the favorite foods we eat that is not so healthy. This tendency to eat these unhealthy foods usually ends up as belly fat. We have already discussed just how bad belly fat is for you so it is good to know what to do about it.
In this video they will be focusing on four specific foods that you need to avoid if you want a flat stomach.
I must admit that the first one caught me by surprised, it being Processed Meat. I’m quite pro protein but have never really paid attention to the different food stuffs that provide this protein to me. It is after all important for keeping energy levels up and building muscle. Processed meats should however be avoided because they contain a lot of saturated fat. Here we are talking about processed meats like ham, corned beef, salami and even hotdogs. Rather focus on lean meats like grilled chicken and fish.
The second food is a no-brainer namely soda and sweets. This is due to all the sugar which is high in calories but offer no nutritional value.
