4 Easy Meal Prep Snacks is the focus of this awesome video by Fit Couple Cooks!

The Cooks are sharing four great recipes for healthy snacks with us. They also share with us their top tips for snacking that they learned first-hand during their weight-loss journeys.

The first super simple snack they are preparing is Trail Mix. Trail mix is a combination of granola, dried fruit and nuts developed as a food to be taken along on hikes. It will only take you about sixty seconds to prepare and best of all it is no-bake, dairy-free, sugar-free, Paleo and Vegan!

Adam is up next with some Peanut Butter Granola Bars. These bars gets bakes in the oven and looks and tastes absolutely divine. I love Peanut Butter! Make sure you pick a brand that has no sugar added.

The third snack on the menu is Carrot Cake Balls. Once again it is really easy to make as you just blitz everything together and roll them into balls!

The last snack is a Keto one and called Fat Bombs. I you are following a Keto diet at some point during the day you need to get you fat content up, and these bombs will do just the trick!
