It seems like an awesome way to burn fat by working out for only 15 minutes at home. You also don’t need any equipment and rather will use only your body weight. Sarah is furthermore of the opinion that this is the best kind of workout.

If you have a busy schedule and not a lot of time this workout is probably perfect for you. I’m sure that most of all you can find 15 minutes in the day! i know I can. Some of the exercises might be a bit tough, so if you are a beginner, please don’t overdo it.
