Georgie is on her way to go training but thought it would be a good idea to make this video first. It was prompted after a discussion she had with one of her friends about health and fitness. Georgie was however really surprised by the things she was saying. A lot of what the friend said was the typical what girls think about health and fitness however they are not true. Some of these things even Georgie thought was true but she know better now!
First of all the lie that weight training will make you bulky. This is just not true. It takes some much effort for a girl to build just a small amount of muscle that it is just not going to work that way. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn as well.
