You might have heard of this term before, but do you really know what it is all about? The concept is actually relatively simple. Basically on some days you keep your carb intake really low. Then on other days you go wild and eat as much carbs as you want! Your protein and fat intake stays pretty much the same on all days.
The key here is to align your carb cycles with your training days. So on your rest days have the low carb intake. On your exercise days you go according to the level of your training. Moderate training days increase your carb intake moderately. Heavy training days increase your carb intake substantially.
But is there actually a benefit to you in doing this? It seems to be contrary to any diet plan I’ve ever come across. And for me especially I know I need to reduce my carb intake to lose weight. Watch the video now to get the facts.
