this weight loss salad recipe is easy to make at home and made with easily available ingredients, I used seasonal foods and the chickpeas
and quinoa will give the much needed protein and hence it is a filling & healthy salad for weight loss. Replace your dinner with this salad and lose weight fast especially if you have thyroid, pcos, diabetes, or hormonal issues. The cashewnuts are a must in this salad; however you can use roasted peanuts, almonds, or any other nut of your choice instead.
1 tbsp ACV
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/3 tsp amchur powder/dry mango powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
4 garlic cloves

1 medium onion
4 cashewnuts, chopped

pink salt: as needed

Use salt as minimal as possible.
soak channa overnight and pressure cook until done, to use in this recipe.
you can use raw veggies like radish (mooli), lauki (bottle gourd), beetroot etc or any seasonal veggies of the place you live in.
