Today’s meal prepping is focusing on dishes that are very easy to make but still packed with flavor. The fact that it is low calory and low carb is just a bonus!

First up is a quick and easy Ramen Soup with low carb noodles which is a lovely Japanese inspired recipe. This is paired with Pork and Mushroom Lettuce wraps. You see what he did there? Lettuce wraps in stead of the traditional wheat based wraps is a great way to cut down. And in my opinion it tastes just as good. It has to be nice, fresh and crispy lettuce though!
