1 large or 2 small onions: chopped
1 inch ginger
6 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tbsp coconut oil (you can use any unrefined oil from the place you live in)
mustard seeds: 3/4 tsp
A fat pinch of jeera
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Thin coconut milk : 2 tbsp + 1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp pink himalayan salt
250 gm cauliflower
150 gm of sweet potato
3/4 cup thick coconut milk
coriander leaves as needed
